The Code

Metal Sandwich Films created a six minute short film entitled 'The Code' starring Tamara Voss, Taylor Brandt, Todd Terry, Daylon Walton, Kevin A. Green, and Ben Cody Rogers and is directed by Mark Blitch. This hilarious short centers around a couple out on a date sharing an intimate moment when suddenly mythical creatures appear, and instead of inducing fear and terror, they generate tons of laughs and gore. The acting, especially between Taylor Brandt and Todd Terry is great, very natural and comical. The makeup is also really good, the highly professional artist created very frightening looks on each character. Blitch truly knows his audience and captures the comedic exchange between the two mythical creatures quite well. The concept of the film is unique and amusing, a great original story that can definitely be crafted into a full length film if possible.

J. Edgar is directed by four time Academy Award winner, Clint Eastwood and stars the brilliant Leonardo DiCaprio in the title role. The film centers on J. Edgar Hoover’s life over the span of nearly six decades and how he developed the federal bureau of investigation. Hoover’s life was fascinating and not truly known by many.

Hi all,

Just wanted to apologize to you all for not posting or writing enough reviews in recent months. Life has gotten hectic so unfortunately I was not able to post as much as I have in the past. I'm hoping things will change soon, so please keep following and reading, I will post my review for the film J. Edgar tonight (which I'm so sad Leo was snubbed by the Academy) and I still have My Week With Marilyn and We Bought a Zoo review that I'm working on, so stayed tuned.
